The welding technologies used are TIG, MIG and MAG. We use them for welding sheets, sections, bars, pipes and other construction materials.

The TIG method allows for obtaining the highest quality welds in unalloyed and low-alloy steels, stainless steels and other high-alloy steels. We weld sheets with a thickness from 0.5 mm. We weld thicker materials in MIG and MAG technology, achieving high efficiency of the welding process.

The welding shop is equipped with 6 automatic welding machines from renowned manufacturers LORCHE and Bester / LINCOLN Electric.

We own welding quality management certificate which confirms Metaltechnica fulfills quality requirements according norm EN ISO 3834-2:2005.

Our quality department have quality engineers holding entitlements with scope of welding control: IWE, VT(1+2), MT(1+2), PT(1+2). We are cooperating with accreditated laboratory on non destructive tests (NDT) when required (e.g. magnetic tests)”
